(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc hoped that the advisor to Harvard’s Vietnam Programme will continue helping to consolidate Vietnam-US co-operation, especially in education.

At a Monday reception in Hanoi for Professor Thomas Valleily, Phuc hailed the contributions of Professor Valleily and the staff of the Vietnam Executive Leadership Program, which is a collaborative initiative of the Vietnamese government, the United Nations Development Program, and the Vietnam Program at the Harvard Kennedy School. Professor Valleily said he will do his utmost to improve the quality of Vietnamese studies at US universities, boosting bilateral educational partnerships.
