(VOVworld) – The Nhan Dan newspaper and the Department of Communications and Education of the General Political Department of the People's Army organized a workshop reviewing the collection of public opinions to the draft documents of the 12th National Party Congress.

The delegates said the documents were made public for the Vietnamese people inside and outside the country to discuss and raise their opinions. Major General Nguyen Ba Duong, Director of the Military Institute of Social Sciences and Humanity, said: “People nationwide have contributed millions of opinions to the sub-committee on documents of the 12th National Party Congress. It’s democratic and transparent program and public opinions have been processed.”
Nguyen The Ky, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission on Communications and Education, said a majority of public opinions agreed with the draft documents. Functional agencies have summarized and sorted new ideas on national construction and Party building.
