(VOVworld) – The Hanoi Culture Fund has launched a program “Returning to the root – experiencing Vietnam’s intangible cultural heritages”. The program will engage young people in various interactive activities organized at the heritage sites.

They will visit 5 traditional craft villages: Me Tri village, known for young green sticky rice; Bat Trang village, known for pottery, Thach Xa village, known for bamboo butterflies, Dao Thuc village, known for water puppetry, and Dong Ho village, known for folk painting.
Dinh Thanh Tien is from Dao Thuc water puppetry village: “Promoting and preserving traditional arts are important issues. The Hanoi Culture Fund has cooperated with Dao Thuc water puppetry village to organize this program so that young people can learn more about Vietnam’s traditional arts.”
The program also promotes the values of Hanoi’s intangible cultural heritages to people nationwide and foreign visitors.
