Director of the Quang Ninh provincial Department of Tourism Pham Ngoc Thuy said: “This is the first time we’ve introduced local culture in a street festival. There will be Then singing performances from Binh Lieu district and dances of people from Quang Yen, Van Don, and Tien Yen district. We hope tourists will know more about Vietnam’s culture, particularly culture of Quang Ninh province.”

The Ha Long Street Travel Fest is part of a series of events under Quang Ninh’s tourism stimulus program “Vietnamese travel Vietnam” after the Covid-19 pandemic. The province targets 10 million visitors this year.
