The festival will celebrate craft villages associated with outstanding Hanoi dishes like pho, Thanh Tri steamed roll rice pancakes, Vong and Me Tri green rice flakes, Quan Ganh rice cake, and Uoc Le pork pies. Festival activities will include a photo exhibit on Hanoi then and now, its cultural history and cuisine; the introduction of a code of conduct in public areas of the capital; and folk games.
