(VOVworld) – Ho Chi Minh City is ready to share its experience in socio-economic development with Cuba, said Le Hoang Quang, head of the municipal People’s Committee, at Tuesday’s meeting with a high-level Cuban delegation led by Vice President of Cuba’s State Council Salvador Valdes Mesa.

Mr Quan said Vietnam and Cuba have a time-honoured and special relationship, and expressed his hope that the visit will help to tighten bilateral bonds. Quan said he believed both sides will continue promoting their traditional and friendly relationship in the years to come.
