(VOVworld) – Indonesia has found the fuselage of AirAsia flight QZ8501 which crashed about two weeks ago into the Java Sea, Indonesian officials said on Wednesday.

The fuselage was discovered at the bottom of the Java Sea 3 kilometers from where the tail of the aircraft was retrieved last weekend. Divers are examining the inside of the fuselage.

Singapore's Defense Minister Ng Eng Hen said a Singaporean vessel located the fuselage. He posted photos taken by a remotely operated vehicle on his Facebook page. The photos show part of a wing and the plane’s fuselage bearing part of AirAsia’s slogan, “Now Everyone Can Fly”.
