Lao President meets Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association and the Liaison of Vietnamese Volunteers and Experts in Laos held a reception for General Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and President of Laos Bounnhang Vorachith in Hanoi on Wednesday.

The Lao leader thanked Vietnamese volunteers and experts for their contributions to Laos’ national resistance struggles and construction. He affirmed that the Lao Party, State, and people will continuously nurture traditional relations with Vietnam. He suggested that the Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association organize more activities to help deepen bilateral ties.
