(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man said Bac Ninh’s rich and diverse cultural heritage is a vital driving force and resource for its rapid and sustainable development.

He asked Bac Ninh to develop mechanisms and policies to promote the culture industry and tourism, and use digital transformation to preserve and promote cultural values and bring the image of the province to domestic and international visitors.
Mr.Man made the statement on Sunday while attending a ceremony to commemorate the 1,015th anniversary of the coronation of King Ly Thai To (Ly Cong Uan, 1010–2025). The event celebrated the recognition of Dinh Bang Communal House as a Special National Relic, the Memorial House of former NA Chairman Le Quang Dao as a National Relic, and the designation of the golden imperial seal “Hoàng đế chi bảo” as a National Treasure.
Chairman Man said: “Bac Ninh should continue thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the directions of Party General Secretary To Lam, along with the Party and State’s policies and resolutions on socio-economic development and cultural heritage preservation and promotion. The province should implement concerted solutions for rapid and sustainable socio-economic development, striving to achieve and surpass a growth target of 8%, with a high scenario of over 10%.”
