(VOVworld) – The Vietnamese Embassy in Argentina held a ceremony Tuesday to celebrate the 85th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3).

Addressing the ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador to Argentina Nguyen Dinh Thao highlighted the Party’s leadership in Vietnam’s national construction and development.
General Secretary of the Communist Party of Argentina, Patricio Echegaray, hailed successes that Vietnamese people achieved during the Renewal process under the Party’s leadership. He said lessons about national unity and unification from the Communist Party of Vietnam are precious to Argentinean communists. Orestes Perez, Cuban Ambassador to Argentina, hailed Vietnam’s perseverance in protecting socialist principles and building socialism.
