Party leader visits, presents gifts to Ha Giang people
(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary To Lam on Wednesday visited Quan Ba district in Ha Giang province and presented gifts to local policy beneficiary families.

The Party leader praised the contributions of the ethnic communities in Quan Ba to Vietnam’s overall achievements.
He urged local authorities and people to do their utmost to successfully fulfill socio-economic development tasks and ensure national defense and security, reaffirming Ha Giang’s vital role as Vietnam’s northern border stronghold.
On this occasion, Mr. Lam presented a project to build the Examination and Treatment Department of Quan Ba District General Hospital to the local people.
