At a dialogue called “A Partnership for Progress and Prosperity," Lam said he hopes Indonesian businesses will continue be one of Vietnam’s largest investors. Vietnam and Indonesia have the potential to develop science, technology, innovation, semiconductors, AI, new energy, fintech, biotechnology, and healthcare, among others, he said.
"The international community has applauded Vietnam’s investment environment. Many foreign investors have chosen Vietnam as a strategic manufacturing hub integrated into global supply chains. Vietnam is positioning itself as a key link in the new global investment value chain, particularly in electronics, science, technology, innovation, semiconductors, the digital economy, and the green economy," said Mr. Lam.
The Party leader also witnessed the signing and exchange of business cooperation documents between agencies and businesses in education, green transition, real estate, logistics, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and high-tech agriculture.
