(VOVworld) - President Tran Dai Quang has praised children and young people’s learning of Ho Chi Minh’s teachings to be the country’s masters.

He was addressing the 75th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh pioneer teenage team on Sunday. He asked parents and teachers to care more for children and improve healthcare services for children while protecting their rights and timely deal with violations of laws relating to children.
