Themed “Ha Long – Heritage, Wonder, Friendly Destination”, the program will include 100 events that will take place thoughout 2018. Quang Ninh province will host the opening and closing ceremony, Carnaval Sun Ha Long 2018, the opening ceremony of ASEAN Tourism Forum 2019, and Ha Long Golf FLC tournament 2019. Quang Ninh has established a provincial organizing committee and urged the VNAT to closely cooperate and promote the program.
