Russian President believes in Russia-Vietnam strategic partnership
(VOVworld) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his full confidence that the Russian-Vietnamese strategic partnership will be strengthened for mutual benefits and to enhance stability and security in Asia-Pacific.

In a message to President Truong Tan Sang on the occasion of the 69th Vietnamese National Day on September 2nd, Putin spoke highly of Vietnam’s socio-economic and scientific-technological development and its emerging role in the global arena. He said current relations between Vietnam and Russia are amicable and constructive in line with the course laid out during their 2013 high-level talks in Hanoi, adding that fulfilling the signed agreements will deepen their co-operation.
