(VOVworld) – The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has sent an urgent dispatch to provincial and city departments of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the Vietnam Tourism Association, travel agencies, and hotels to ensure the ultimate safety of tourists.

The document said to implement the Prime Minister’s official dispatch on ensuring safety and social order, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism asks all relevant organizations to maintain and ensure normal tourist activities and improve quality services to meet tourist demand. They have to make preparations to guarantee safety and security for tourists, especially those coming from Chinese speaking communities, and to avoid malefactors from taking advantage of the situation to incite extremist activities. Businesses are called to continue normal cooperative activities with Chinese tourism partners and tell tourists about the East Sea situation and Vietnam’s stance on the issue.
