The project, with a budget of 245 million USD, will be implemented until 2020 in Quang Nam and Thua Thien-Hue province. The USAID project will help small private farmers and their families to improve their livelihoods, increase their investment in climate-smart agriculture, and conserve the natural biodiversity.
