(VOVworld) – Vietnam and Algeria stet ratifying an agreement on judicial support in criminal affairs and another on extradition that was initially signed in April 2010.
These agreements will come into force 30 days after the exchange which occurred in Algeria on Wednesday between Vietnamese Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong and his Algerian counterpart Tayeb Louh.
Minister Cuong expressed his hope that judicial co-operation between the two ministries will focus on sharing information and experience, completing regulations and laws to ensure judicial independence, and modernizing judicial technology and training.
