(VOVworld) - Vietnamese representatives joined some 400 delegates from 30 countries at the 28^th Asia-Pacific Roundtable (APR) in Malaysia from June 2-4. The 28^th APR includes 10 main working sessions focusing on regional security, defense, peace, and economic growth. Attendees will also discuss opportunities and challenges in building a prosperous Asia-Pacific, security challenges in the East Sea, the post-2015 ASEAN working agenda, Myanmar’s economic and political reforms, and the future of Thai politics.  The Vietnamese delegation is led by Nguyen Thai Yen Huong, Deputy Head of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
