(VOVworld) – A high-level Vietnamese defense delegation, led by Defense Minister General Phung Quang Thanh, left Hanoi for Myanmar Sunday to attend the 8^th ASEAN Defense Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM-8). Vietnam’s attendance shows its readiness to work  within the meeting’s framework to protect Vietnam’s national interests in line with international law and conventions.
