(VOVworld) - Vietnam prioritizes human in all policies on climate change response. Speaking in a UN Human rights council session in Geneva on Friday, a Vietnamese representative said Vietnam is one of hardest hit countries by climate change.

Vietnam considers planting forests an important activity to minimizing the impact of climate change.

It wanted to promote cooperation in impact mitigation while protecting human rights. Countries need to integrate the protection of rights on development, food, housing and education to climate change policies, especially among vulnerable groups such as women, children and ethnic people.
