Vietnam, RoK boost prosecution cooperation
(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam wants to learn from the Republic of Korea when it comes to fighting corruption, confiscating corrupt assets, and preventing hi-tech crimes, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam Le Minh Tri said.

At a working session in Seoul on Monday with Prosecutor General Moon Moo-il of Korea’s Supreme Prosecutor’s Office, Tri said he wants the RoK to send officials to work with Vietnam in these fields. Moon said that the RoK is ready to help Vietnam establish a digital forensic research center like the one in his country. He encouraged Vietnam to join the Asset Recovery Interagency Network-Asia Pacific (ARIN-AP) and boost cooperation between People’s Procuracies of Vietnamese localities and Prosecutor’s Offices of Korean localities.
