At the signing ceremony, Minister Dien said the economic-trade-investment pillar plays a key role in boosting the overall bilateral relationship. The US remains one of Vietnam’s leading investors, with most major US corporations already present and conducting effective business operations in Vietnam. An increasing number of Vietnamese enterprises are investing in the US market. As of early this year, more than 100 Vietnamese enterprises have registered to participate in the Select USA 2025 event to explore investment and business opportunities in the US.
Vietnam hopes that the United States will continue to facilitate and support businesses of the two countries to expand cooperation and effective business investment, especially in science, technology, and innovation projects, said the Vietnamese minister. He witnessed the signing of multiple cooperation agreements worth a total of 4.15 billion USD.
