(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has called for breakthrough in administrative reform this year during a recent online conference on administrative reform.

He said ministries, sectors, and provinces should consider renovation of public servant mechanism a constant political task while improving institutional reform towards socialist market economy, promoting transparency and democracy in compliance with the Constitution.
He asked for more improvement of public servant quality, pushing ahead the movement of learning from President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example.
