Second, deepen economic cooperation, especially effectively implementing the Framework Agreement on Connecting the Two Economies of Vietnam and Singapore. Third, strengthen energy and green growth cooperation, effectively capitalize on the Green Economy-Digital Economy Partnership, signed in 2023, creating a premise for bilateral cooperation in energy connectivity, digital transformation and innovation, and smart city development. And sixth, strengthen cooperation at regional and international forums.”

According to General Secretary To Lam, the two sides emphasized the importance of maintaining peace, security, stability, safety and freedom of navigation and aviation in the East Sea.
