(VOVworld) - The 2015 Autumn Economic Forum entitled ‘Vietnam’s economy – integration and sustainable development’ is due to take place in northern Thanh Hoa province next Thursday.

At a press briefing in Hanoi on Thursday at the start of the forum, NA Committee for Economic Affairs Vice Chairman, Nguyen Van Phuc, said that the event will prepare a supervisory report of the NA Standing Committee for its September session, reviewing the results of Vietnam’s international economic integration since it joined the World Trade Organisation and the country’s bilateral and multilateral commitments. The forum is designed to provide practical measures to spur economic development in the international integration process.

Participants will discuss issues related to the international economic integration process and the impact of WTO obligations on national socio-economic development.
