The program will include cultural exchanges, art performances of ethnic groups, and a new year’s meeting with overseas Vietnamese. Handicraft products and specialties of different localities will be introduced at the event.
Present at the event will be village patriarchs, ethnic artisans, overseas Vietnamese, and Hanoi students.
