Party leader urges more attention to handling petitions, complaints
(VOVWORLD) - As the Party and State will soon deliver on strategic, revolutionary policies to create a solid foundation for national development, more attention must be paid to the handling of petitions and complaints, said the Party leader.

At Monday’s working session in Hanoi with the Government inspectorate, Mr. To Lam asked the sector to coordinate with relevant agencies to strictly handle those who abuse petitions and complaints to cause social and security disorder and fight against the plots by hostile and reactionary forces, who take advantage of complaints and denunciations to oppose the Party and the State.
The Party chief also requested the inspection sector to speed up digital transformation in citizen reception and handling of citizens' letters, and ensure connectivity between the Government inspectorate and ministries, agencies, sectors, and localities.
