(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam commits to "three guarantees" with the Japanese business community and investors, including ensuring that foreign investment is an important component of the Vietnamese economy; ensuring the legitimate and legal rights and interests of investors; and ensuring political stability, social order and safety, institutions, and policies to attract investment, said Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

Prime Minister Chinh and visiting Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru attended the Vietnam-Japan Forum on cooperation in strategic technology, green transformation and semiconductor.
At the Forum, Mr. Chinh applauded the practical and effective contributions of Japanese enterprises to the development of Vietnam. In the face of global challenges, the Prime Minister said semiconductor, high technology, innovation, clean energy and green economy are the key to rapid and sustainable development, and are also new pillars of cooperation in the Vietnam-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
Therefore, the Prime Minister proposed,"Japan continues to work with and increase support for Vietnam through new-generation ODA, especially in key areas such as strategic industries, high technology, digital transformation, green transformation and innovation. Efforts should be made to boost cooperation and support for Vietnam in technology transfer, green transformation, green finance, human resource training, semiconductor, artificial intelligence, and international financial centers."

Emphasizing solutions to improve the business investment environment, Prime Minister Chinh said that Vietnam is focusing on completing a seamless infrastructure system with roads, high-speed railways, airports, and international seaports, while innovating smart management thinking.
He also committed that the Vietnamese government will implement "three togethers" with the Japanese business community and investors, including together listening and understanding between businesses, the State and the people; sharing visions and actions together for rapid and sustainable development; and working, winning, enjoying, and developing together.
