Anex Vietnam, the company spearheading the return of Russian visitors, plans to operate charter flights from 11 Russian cities, namely Moscow, Ekaterinburg, Kabarovsk, Vladivostok, Barnaul, Krasnojarsk, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Tomsk, Novokuznetsk, and Blagoveschensk, to Cam Ranh International Airport.
It plans to run approximately 12 charter flights in March, increasing to 50-55 flights per month from April to June, and further scaling up to 90-100 flights per month from July onward.
Nguyen Thi Duyen, a representative of Anex Vietnam company, said, “We plan 90-100 trips per month during the peak season in winter from October because we think the Russian market has recovered and begun to flourish. Our company coordinates with 3-5 star hotels to bring guests to stay in these hotels for five nights or more. Russian customers really like tourism products of Khanh Hoa as a marine resort area.”

In the first three months of 2025, visitors to Khanh Hoa totaled more than 2.5 million, up 20% over the same period last year. International visitors accounted for more than half of the total arrivals.
