(VOVworld) - The 6th congress of Hanoi Youth Association opened on Sunday to encourage younger generation’s participation in the capital city’s development construction.

The association will implement programs to encourage youth innovation in socio-economic development, as Hanoi People’s Committee Chairman, Nguyen The Thao puts it: “The association needs to unlock youth potential in economic development, national security and social order.
