National hybrid conference to disseminate and urge the implementation of the Resolutions of the 11th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee

At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man made presentations covering the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, amendments to the Constitution, and directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly.

Party General Secretary To Lam speaks at the conference

In his closing speech, Party General Secretary To Lam stressed the importance of implementing the resolutions.

“It is necessary to determine the highest political determination in leading and directing the implementation of the Resolutions of the 11th plenum of the Party Central Committee. This must be identified as a revolution of arrangement of organizational apparatus and administrative units and reform for national development."

"Party committees and leaders at all levels must be resolute in leading, directing and thoroughly informing the contingent of Party members and cadres to fully and deeply understand the special importance of this policy. By doing so, we will create a unanimous ideological awareness throughout the Party that spreads to the whole society to successfully realize the goals and orientations set by the Party Central Committee, coordinate closely and seamlessly from the central to the local level and between localities, all for the common interests of the country and the people,"  said  Party leader To Lam.
