Vietnam extends sympathy, expresses solidarity with Russia

(VOVWORLD) -Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, who led a Vietnamese Government delegation, visited and wrote in a mourning book at the Russian Embassy in Hanoi on Monday, expressing Vietnam’s condolences for the victims of the terrorist attack in Moscow on March 22 that left many people dead and injured. 
On the same day, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu came to write the sympathy message and offered condolences.

From Monday to Wednesday, the Russian Embassy is opening the condolence book to commemorate the victims of the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall on the outskirts of Moscow.

Condolence books were also opened at the Consulate General of Russia in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.

The Embassy building at No. 191 La Thanh Street, Hanoi, on Monday, saw crowds of people, businesses, agencies, and organizations at home and abroad offering flowers and writing in mourning book, sharing the great loss and expressing solidarity with the Russian people and Government.
