(VOVWORLD) - A Russian magazine on Tuesday posted an article entitled "Vietnam's 13th National Party Congress - The Path to New Success" by Dr. Evgeny Kobelev, outlining Vietnam’s outstanding achievements under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The article predicts that Vietnam will become a prosperous and happy country under its socialist orientation. The article said that over the past 90 years, the Communist Party of Vietnam, founded by President Ho Chi Minh, has shown itself to be a creative Party with bold decisions that have brought solidarity and strength to the nation.
Kobelev sees a bright future for the Vietnamese people. He says that under the leadership of the Communist Party, Vietnam will achieve the goal of becoming a developed country oriented toward socialism.
