(VOVWORLD) - Over 400 domestic and international enterprises participated at the Vietnam International Apparel and Textile Technology Exhibition 2025 (VIATT 2025) which officially opened at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday.

The exhibition features more than 500 booths, showcasing a wide range of fabrics, garment accessories, fibers, and cutting-edge textile solutions.
During the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang emphasized the need for the Vietnamese apparel and textile industry to develop large-scale production chains and invest in modern equipment, automation, digital transformation, and environmentally-friendly production practices.
Ms. Thang encouraged global brands to transfer technology and management expertise to Vietnamese partners, jointly develop raw materials, and support Vietnam’s efforts to promote green and sustainable production.
The event, which will run until Friday, features a series of seminars on design, market trends, business strategies, technology, and solutions for sustainable development.
