Egypt President urges international community to support two-state solution
(VOVWORLD) - Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi has urged the international community to take responsibility in supporting the two-state solution as a guarantee to ensuring stability in the Middle East.

During a phone call on Wednesday with French President Emmanuel Macron, El-Sisi highlighted Egypt's ongoing efforts to fully implement the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel in the Gaza Strip. He also reaffirmed Cairo's commitment to delivering humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza. Macron, in turn, acknowledged Egypt's crucial role in promoting regional stability and expressed appreciation for its efforts.
The two leaders also discussed recent developments in the Middle East, particularly the situation in Gaza and the situation in Syria, reaffirming their shared commitment to preserving Syria’s unity and territorial integrity.
