(VOVWORLD) -The Ministry of Science and Technology on Wednesday held a policy dialogue themed “Encouraging investment, business and start-up in green transition and sustainable development.” The event is part of the P4G Vietnam Summit 2025 in Hanoi this week.

Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Minh told the dialogue, “We are facing a great opportunity to shape a green and sustainable future for Vietnam and the world. Innovation, start-ups, and cooperation are the keys to address environmental issues while promoting a circular economy.”
Participants discussed the opportunities and challenges facing innovative start-ups in the green transition, Vietnam’s policies to support green start-ups, and international lessons.
To obtain the net zero goal by 2050, they suggested that Vietnam continue to enhance innovation, mobilize investment resources, and create a favorable environment for innovative start-ups to grow sustainably.
