(VOVworld) – Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan has urged sub-committees of the upcoming national patriotic emulation congress to complete action plans by no later than April 10^th.

Madam Doan, who is the first deputy chairwoman of the central emulation and reward board, made the call at a meeting in Hanoi on Monday of the congress’ organizing board to discuss the content and preparations. Some 2,000 delegates will attend the 9^th national patriotic emulation congress scheduled for November.
