(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended a conference reviewing the “Project to Support Students in Starting a Business until 2025” on Tuesday and officially launched the 7th National Student Startup Festival (SV.STARTUP) 2025.

Addressing the event, the Prime Minister emphasized that strong youth make a strong nation and stressed the need to foster an environment conducive to entrepreneurship and innovation among young people.
He underlined the principle that every movement must align individual interests with collective, national, and ethnic interests, balancing the interests of the State, the people, businesses, and both domestic and international stakeholders.
Prime Minister Chinh reaffirmed the Party and State’s unwavering commitment to empowering young people, recognizing them as a vital driving force in national development. He called on students and Vietnam’s 20 million young citizens to embrace innovation, master science and technology, and take on the historic mission of elevating the nation’s global standing in the digital era.
He expressed confidence that today’s youth will help position Vietnam as a regional and global hub of innovation, contributing to the country's goal of becoming a prosperous, civilized, and modern nation.
