Opening his speech, Trump declared that "America is back" and said that in the past 6 weeks, his administration has done more than the previous administration did in 4 years, implementing more than 400 executive orders. Mr. Trump said he is confident that his presidential term will be the most successful term in US history.

“I return to this chamber tonight to report that America's momentum is back. Our spirit is back. Our pride is back. Our confidence is back. And the American dream is surging — bigger and better than ever before. The American dream is unstoppable, and our country is on the verge of a comeback,” said US President Donald Trump. 

President Trump announced a series of new US policy priorities, including deploying more troops to the southern border to prevent illegal immigration. ending the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policy throughout the federal government, launching the construction of a massive natural gas pipeline in Alaska, accelerating oil exploration in the US, offering a "golden card" immigration visa priced at 5 million USD, imposing reciprocal tariffs on all trading partners beginning April 2nd, establishing a new Shipbuilding Office within the White House, allocating funds to implement the Iron Dome missile defense initiative; and pledging to conquer Mars.

President Trump said he will continue to pursue plans to acquire Greenland from Denmark and the Panama Canal from Panama. He also addressed the Russia-Ukraine conflict, stating that he is working to end the conflict and praising the new goodwill shown by the Ukrainian government in signing a mineral agreement with the US.
