Luong Thi Duyen, Vice Chairwoman of the District People's Committee and Deputy Head of the event’s organizing committee, told VOV that "Through this event, the district aims to promote the unique cultural identities of the local ethnic groups. Additionally, we seek to introduce Quynh Nhai’s tourism potential to visitors, so that more people will appreciate the district."

Activities include a traditional boat racing festival, a red silk-cotton flower festival, a contest to introduce the cultural traits of local ethnic groups, and a competition on displaying Tet offerings.
