Russia reaffirms willingness to negotiate with Ukraine
(VOVWORLD) - At a press conference on Tuesday, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly expressed Russia’s readiness to resolve issues with Ukraine through dialogue, and that “this willingness has been reaffirmed.”

However, Peskov noted that no specific plans are currently in place for talks regarding a proposed suspension of military activities targeting civilian infrastructure.
He said that President Putin had explained the complexity of this issue during a meeting with reporters on Monday.
According to the Russian leader, any discussion on this matter should take place bilaterally between Kyiv and Moscow.
